General cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival (12:00 noon) are free of charge. Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days prior to arrival will be charged for the first night. The total price of the stay (100%) will be charged for late or no cancellations. Otherwise, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
Cancellation policy Harley European Bike Week, Christmas and New Year's Eve
Cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to arrival (12:00 noon) are free of charge. Cancellations from 14 days to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the first night's rate. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount of the booked stay. Otherwise, the general Austrian terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
