cancellation policy

Cancellations made up to 28 days prior to the arrival date (12:00 PM) are free of charge. For cancellations made between 28 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total price will be charged. Cancellations made from 7 days before the arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total price. Otherwise, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

For cancellations made between 60 and 14 days prior to arrival, a fee amounting to 35% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked stay. Otherwise, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
